HyppTV PLATINUM PACK - TERM AND CONDITIONS .
  • New UniFi VIP subscriber can opt-in to the Platinum Pack during the 30 days free viewing period. Charging will only commence the month after free viewing ends.
  • The Platinum Pack consists of 30 Premium Channels available at HyppTV as of 24th March 2012.
  • The Platinum Pack is available to all new and existing UniFi VIP subscribers.
  • The subscription to Platinum Pack from 1st opt-in date by subscriber for a period of twelve [12] months.
  • The subscription to the existing Premium Channels will be automatically DELETED once the subscriber has opt-in for Platinum Pack. However, no rebates will be provided for the subscribed Premium Channels.
  • Subscribers of UniFi VIP must opt-in to subscribe to the Platinum Pack through either TMUC, MyUniFi Portal (www.tm.com.my/unifi), any TM POINT, through the Electronic Programming Guide (EPG) on HyppTV or TM Authorized Resellers.
  • Early termination will incur a Termination Penalty (RM30 X number of remaining months) the total amount of which will be charged to the subscriber bill.
  • TM reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or delay the subscription of the Platinum Pack in the event od unforeseen circumstances beyond it's reasonable control.
